- Session times, program dates, inclusions, and access periods will be confirmed on the relevant booking or sales page or in your booking confirmation.
- You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and accessing program materials within any stated access period.
7. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
For one-to-one sessions, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice may be charged in full or forfeited.
For group programs, courses, events, and digital products, cancellation and refund terms will be set out on the relevant sales page, booking page, or purchase confirmation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantee or remedy available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Consumer guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a remedy, such as a refund, repeat service, or compensation, if a service does not meet a consumer guarantee.
For major failures with a service, you may be entitled to cancel the service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the service, or compensation for its reduced value. For minor failures, we may choose to rectify the issue within a reasonable time.
